shapeshifter does not work... and probably will never work. But maybe someday we'll get a port of BasiliskII which could work. :)

Yes, it is too Amiga hardware-dependent, fully uses the custom chips to get the best speed, and therefore never will work on Pegasos. But we have a great Mac emulator MacOnLinux for Linux! :)
