a) How do I change to default from "Newest Posts" in a thread, to "Oldest Posts First" in a thread. I'm not used to Newest Posts being displayed first.

b) Where's the Top Members List? If not, WHY NOT?! Seriously though, I'd love to see such a function... I hope that there isn't one, coz I can see a whole tirade approaching...
