I guess it's an Efika, as a Pegasos board would be too high with the graphic card.
Actually, it is, as revealed by Guilles Mathevet's photos. There we can also see faces of familiar MorphOS developers, such as "Fab" and "Yomgui".

Reminds a bit of A500, but those white keys should be black or gray. Looks fat enough to fit Pegasos with a lowprofile gfx card or Mini.
