For these I normaly use ImageFX, which was part of the MorphOS-Superbundle.......

MorphOS includes ShowGirls and Sketch. Both can also be used to edit photos.

Weird question. ShowGirls is the best you can get and it's included on your MorphOS :) Although newer version can be found from there
