I wonder if Microsoft has used this method to find out that $200 is the fair price for Windows 10 too? :)

You can purchase a windows 10 key on ebay for 7 USD and is perfectly legal.

That proves that Microsoft isn't basing their pricing according the ebay prices, why should MorphOS Team either then? :)

It's not about legal status. The seller is not microsoft. Besides that windows 10 can be used without activation as long as you don't mind the watermark.
