After a long and successful run, WebMail became superceded by the "MorphOS-User.com" system. Following this, we allowed the module to run a bit longer to be a familiar interface to the new system. However, it's days were numbered due to little or no development on the system, it's age, and the number of system hacks that I (targhan) had to perform upkeep on -- just to keep the interface running. I let it slide for a while yet still, since there was no reason to remove it before the next site update. Then... Something happened.


Someone created an account, and began to abuse the module to send SPAM all over the world. As a result of this abuse, I had no alternative other than the immediate removal of the module. I am terribly sorry that I could not give forewarning, as the plug would have been pulled from the entirity of MorphZone should the spam had not been stopped. Upon further investigation, I realized that this module when combined with the power of ARexx with AWeb, could not be fixed in any timely manner.

Spammers suck.

That they do... I get so much spam every day through my business e-mail accounts, it is sickening to say the least. But I have set up a filter to catch most if not all of it and then just delete it.
