I have my PB trackpad speed set to maximum but it just feels too slow compared to my 5yr old Macbook Pro.

Is there any way I can manually edit some preferences file to speed it up a little bit or perhaps enable acceleration?

I've given it three weeks of solid use and i still just can't get used to it and it's causing me a lot of pain in my wrist. :(

I edited the values in touchpad.conf and mouse.conf in ENVARC:sys and rebooted but it made no difference. :(

Could MACC (currently only for OS4) be ported and adapted for use with MorphOS trackpad?

I just noticed it whilst browsing through Onyxsoft's download page and remembered this thread.

Might work if the source was fiddled with perhaps. I just tried it with OS4Emu and it fails with:

[Macc] autoinit_window_base.c:32: failed assertion "WindowBase != NULL".
    Abnormal program termination
