    Can poseidon work with a usb radio am/fm receiver?
    Want to listen to radio stations over usb.

    The above referenced posts state that Poseidon can't do isochronous transfers with USB. Any idea why? And, perhaps more importantly, if or when such functionality will be added?

    Because I'd send Platon more money if that's what it takes :-)

    You may use the DRadioTool (not included in 2.7) for USB frequency control and analog audio transfer.
    It works fine!  8-)

    Actually, they state that Poseidon *can* do isochronous transfers but that pciusb.device can't.

    Oops, my bad. Sorry about that. So I guess the flaw or missing feature is in the lower level hardware driver then, which allows the USB stack to get what it needs from the hardware itself? Dang.

    Good idea about the analog way though :-) Long way 'round the pickle but if it works, it works.
