From a brief reading of the documentation it appears that this printer uses a GDI-type printing language (SPL - Samsung Printer Language).
For a list of all _officially_ supported printers, see
here. Others are (as noted at the bottom of the list) supported via emulation.
For this printer it appears that there is no official support for direct connection, although you could try a generic postscript output see if it accepts it. As a general rule, PCL printers are supported for direct connection - I have a Kyocera Mita FS-1010 (which emulates HP Laserjet PCL) which works fine.
Alternatively, if the print server accepts LPR then you could use the netprinter utility (included on the MorphOS 2.5 disk contributions drawer) for network printing with the Printer connected to your PC (or if it has an inbuilt printserver, connected directly to your router).
