    So Chuffed

Wanted to share my news. Been trying to get a silent upgrade mini but they been going for more than I would like on ebay.

So I settled for 1.42 with ariport card. Accidentally won it for ?150 as even they been going for more than that.

Quickly conencted up to monitor , keyboard etc in work And its actually the 1.5ghz with 64mb vram.

    Super sweet :)

Nice dude - paid ?175 for mine (1.5GHz, 64Mb) about 2 weeks before mac-mini support was released.

    Welcome to the club!

Even with the MorphOS registration fee on top, ?300 for a top-end NG system is a pretty damn sweet price.

I would have paid the extra for the additional VRAM.

32 MB is too slim (actually 64MB is still about half what I'd like).

And while 1.5Ghz is only negligibly faster than 1.42, the 1.5 may have more overclocking potential.

Still, since I only have an Emac, I envy both your processors.

Until Powermac support comes to MorphOS I don't anticipate upgrading above 1.25Ghz (which is still faster than most Pegasos').

JJ: Congrats man! Hopefully you are able to get it registered soon as the 30min. demo is a tease. :)

I am quite happy with my 1.25 mini (32mb vram) but I once powermac support is offered - I will be upgrading very quickly.

    Enjoy it!
