    yes i also need this. I got a snowball USB mic, but no software...Maybe Hd-Rec is up to it ?

    A simple solution is to use ahi-recorder and plug in a mic with small pin in the back of the pegasos (or use an adaptor-pin) .You can save as WAV or AIFF. Use a converter for the producing of an MP3-file.

    No. usb audio devices are using the usb isochronous transfer protocol* which unfortunately is not (yet) supported by Poseidon.

    *) it is a mode that warrants transfers of a certain ammont of bytes at a time, but does not warrant successful transfer. A failed transfer will get dumped. it is intended for sreaming applications like audio or video.

    Actually, Poseidon supports isochronous transfers, depending on drivers. pciusb.device (used on Pegasos/Mac/... ) doesn't support it, but the deneb driver does.
