Since the Apple logo is back-lit, perhaps we can just make a MorphOS, or Butterfly badge the same size as the cutout, out of two layers of material, so the MorphOS lettering, or the Butterfly image will be back-lit, like the Apple logo currently is now.
That would be my choice on how to modify the case using an iSkin-it case cover, plus some kind of badge covering the cutout area where the back-lit apple is. Maybe someone knows where we can get a few dozen thin metal discs lazer cut with the image of a butterfly, or the letters spelling out MorphOS?
Just get a company that has the lazer cutting capability cut the aluminum disc's with MorphOS, or the Butterfly image cut out of the center of them. They could even use used aluminum cans that are flattened out after being cut open and the tops and bottoms removed. Sand smooth the outside edges and apply a strong adhesive to the back side of the aluminum discs, and you could just press them onto the existing Apple logo's, and "Presto" you have a back-lit MorphOS lettering, or Butterfly image instead.
The iSkin-it case cover would fit around the above described logo conversion.
Maybe instead of using the text "MorphOS" to be back-lit through the aluminum disc, the text "MorphBook" could be used?
Edit: Pampers helped me over a year ago to design the poster that I now use at the AmiWest Shows, so perhaps he can help with a iSkin-it design using some Official looking Morpho Butterflies and other graphic elements. I think I will ask him if he has any time to work on such a project. If he cannot, perhaps he can at least provide us with some of the image elements, so we can insert them into iSkin-it's design tools to make our own designs?
