Broken Pegasos 2 Board & CPU Module

    My Pegasos 2 board and / or CPU module are broken.

    Since I do not know the current status of Genesi / bPlan about those machines I wonder if someone can propose an individual or company thta will to check and probably fix my hardware.

    I tried this after a suggestion on MorphOS IRC channel:

    but still no answer on my email.

    Any contact info would be much appreciated.

    I sent to Axel Knabe my wounded Pegasos in 2009 and he sent it back in very good health.
    I don't really know if he is the only one to repair this motherboard, maybe bPlan but he offers this service for sure.
    Be patient, maybe he is on holiday. Wait some days and than try again.

    Why not simply ask bplan like I had suggested to you? Or did you ask them but they didn't respond?

    He got and read your mail 8-)

    The main problem is that he is quite busy with non MorphOS related stuff. The second reason is he really likes to write in english.

    Just be patient.

    I have just sent an email to them, thanks! I did not email them before because some guys form IRC told me that they do not offer service anymore, but I wanted to confirm that, so I wrote them! Thanks a lot again!

    bPlan replied fast and they are STILL repairing Pegasos boards.

    I do not know what to do.. Should I spend this big amount of money to repair it or should I search for a new one?

    Pegasos 2 is something very special to me.
    Hope Aknabe to reply sooner or later and give me a more affordable cost option.
