I warned you I would have a lot of questions!

1) Is it confirmed that MorphOS 3.0 will have Radeon 9700 3D driver support? Will that be the best supported gfx card?

2) Do SiI3x1x (SATA) cards work in PowerMac presently? Should I look for specific models or just any one based on that chipset? Will the Mac boot from a drive hooked to this card?

3) What is the best SoundBlaster Live! (emu10kx) card available?

4) Any advantage to using a PCI ethernet card over the built in ethernet?

5) Any other suggestions to beef up my system?

I want to really max out this Quicksilver for 3.0. Thanks in advance.

No, but they should in MorphOS 3.0.

According to http://www.morphos-team.net/hardware.html it must be a two-port card with MorphOS 2.7 (so no SiI3114). It may be that MorphOS 3.0 supports four-port cards as well:
