I give up, at this point I have pulled out every last strand of hair trying to get this to work 100%. That being all buttons work, including the Directional Pad or Analog stick.

What I would love to see is for someone who understands how to make this work, post a Youtube video of them selves setting up a Joystick under Trident so that it will emulate Keyboard and Mouse movements so you can actually use the joystick on things that do not have direct Joypad support such as the Wonderful Playstation emulator which is rendered totally useless except in the case of RPG's. without a joypad.

Anyone care and or got the time to make a video so the rest of us can move on with our lives?

P.S. I have troubled shot this to no end with fellow Amiga users and got no where. Also I have yet to talk to anyone who presently uses this feature of Trident, only people who know how it should work in theory.

not sure what you're trying to do, but list in detail. don't be frustrated much, help usually comes along.

I'm trying to assign Mouse and Keyboard movements to my Joypad(s).

As stated, a lot of people have tried to help me with this in this past. Though I don't recall any of them actually having it work them selves. If I recall correctly everyone was trying to help when under the assumption that this aspect of Trident software works as it should.

I have spent hours on the forums and in private discussions with people and hours trying to get this thing working through various angles of trouble shooting as suggested by the help, but in the end nothing ended up working 100% as it should, especially in the case of the Joypad/Stick.

So if someone were to post a clear and concise youtube video, ALL of us would have a simple and easy method to refer to from now on.

I know it's a lot to ask for, but it would help us all a TON!

It's really a shame that Windows users get spoiled with all these Easy To Use GUI's for setting such things up, and we are stuck playing guessing games with no clear instructions. Hopefully this software will resolve this issue...

...I've seen it done before on BeOS, so I'm sure it can be done on Amiga/MorphOS.

Henes: You did it man! You resolved 90% of my issues, and with classic piece of 68k software none the less!

The only thing that I can't do, is use all the buttons and both analog sticks with the Playsation emulator, but there are not many games that need them all anyhow. Besides, the PSX emu runs pretty slow and dark on my eMac, so I don't think I'll be doing much serious gaming with it anyhow, now that I see what I'm working with....

...though when I get a G4 Tower, then I'm going to be all over it!
