my pegasos 2 is broken a while, I connect via serial port with telnet and it stuck here, any suggestion

Best guess for me...

Does your CPU still have the heat sink on it? and does the fan still spin?

The only weakness that the Peg2s have is the heatsink/fan are prone to failure, the G4 will fry quick without them.

I'd try replacing, or least resitting the memory.

I just pass ths problem by changing cpu jumpers, here another problem it gives error on ram segment

Given the output out got there you should try replacing your ram.

I replaced 3 rams, each ram gives diffrent data

Could you try removing the RAM, then power on the Pegasos, power off and insert RAM, then power on again, this should ensure the firmware configures it properly at least.

I tried bot slots, no progress

What type of RAM are you using? Try pc 2700 and name brand like Samsung, Micron, etc and report back

I have just removed mac mini's ram, Kingston brand, it gives same error, it seems main board gone to hell :)
