    Hi,

I plan to invest in some laser printer. Any advice for a decent printer that works nicely with MorphOS?

Is postscript mandatory for easy setup ?

PostScript would be an advantage, but a printer with PCL 5e/6 emulation should work as well.

I've got a LaserJet4+ with the PostScript SIMM installed. No issues.

EDIT: I should add that I'm running it over the network with a JetDirect card.

I've got a Kyocera Mita FS-1010 KX with a print server card. Works like a charm either directly connected (emulates HP Laserjet), or via the netprinter driver (LPR?) which is integrated nicely into MorphOS shiny prefs panel.

The Kyocera also seems to have come equipped with an everlasting toner cartridge, as I haven't had to change it in over 4 years.
