hardware test on macmini

    Hi...

    Any chance to make a good hardware test on macmini?, under mos or osx, i was read about apple hardware test or something but i dont see anything closer to this in the apple site.

    The Apple hardware test program is on the OSX disc included with your mini, hold down option (alt) when booting the disc to start it.

    I havent the original disk that came with macmini, thats the problem.

    I am afraid I have only used the one on the os x disk as well.

    If you run one in osx it wll not be able to test as much as the memory as the dvd based application.

    It runs for something like 20 to 30mins.

    I suggest you buy a copy of the dvd off ebay.

    Yes, buy a second hand osx... but question is about other apps to do that... sometimes life at this forum is hard heh

    Thanks, i see this page before posting here at first time, just memtest its free and runs on 10.3, im trying to get apple hardware test, i think is more reliable run a hardware test without booting from the OS.
