According to http://support.apple.com/kb/SP65 the mac mini only had 32meg VRAM.

Over at wikipedia it mentions that VRAM was upgraded "silently" to 64meg

"The Mac Mini was silently upgraded in October 2005 to 64 MB VRAM, and
either a 1.33 GHz (up from 1.25 GHz) or 1.5 GHz G4 (up from 1.42 GHz)
processor, with 512 MB of PC3200 RAM"

Did all 1.33GHz and 1.5GHZ mac minis have 64meg of vram or were there
some that came with 32meg?

According to a friend i would be better off with 64meg vram in leopard.

That Wikipedia article is not entirely correct, the 1.33GHz models only have 32MB vram while all 1.5GHz models should have 64MB. But do try to verify this before an eventual purchase.

That ends up being a bit of a pain since I thought i could pick up a 1.3 with 64meg and avoid the high price of the 1.5GHZ on ebay :(

I just checked my wife's 1.33 mac mini and it does only have 32 Meg of video ram.

I've also got one 1.33Ghz model here - only 32mb vram. It's for sale if anyone's interested...

I guess the 167 MHz more is not the main reason for the much higher price ;-)
