I am rehousing my pegasos2 into a Aopen case.
It has 2 usb connectors on the front with should be connected with an internal plug.
The plug won't fit but there are single plugs which I can connect to the peg2 internal usb connection.
    But which wire goes where?
The label on the usb cable says:
    black---usb pwr brown---usb pwr
    orange---usb0- green---usb0+
    red------usb1- yellow---usb1+
    gray---ground

    On pegasos:

    pin 17---usb+
    pin19--- DMI 1
    pin21--- DP1
    pin23----usb -

please some advice before I blow something up!

You'll only be able to connect one front panel connector, don't know where you got that Pegasos info from, but Docs/FrontPanel.pdf on your MorphOS CD has the correct info.

VCC-USB connects to usb pwr, DM1 to usb[0/1]-, DP1 to usb[0/1]+ and GND-USB to ground.

    Hey thanks for fat reply!
Got info from manual with mobo.
It works now and 1 on front is enough for now.
Only the sound won't go (headphone).
There is no signal on the internal headplug?
    Or on the aux plug?
It plays nicely on the backplate plug though.
    Or is this some setting?questions,questions..newbie.
